Rich Piana

Rich Piana is an American bodybuilder and actor, who has appeared in several TV commercials and movies. Piana was born in Northridge, California. and has been training since he was 11 years old. His most recent bodybuilding competition was the 2011 NPC National Championships. He is known for playing himself on TV Mini-Series ''Tim Muriello & Rich Piana Interviews'' (2013) and ''Mutant: Leaving Humanity Behind'' (2012) as well as being a stunt actor in the 2001 film ''Planet of the Apes''.

Rich has openly admitted to the use of anabolic steroids. He talks about the specifics of his steroid use in many of his YouTube videos but he also advises people to "stay natural" and avoid using steroids if they can. He has also tried Human Growth Hormone (HGH) which, as he testified, caused his foot size to increase from size 12 to 15, head size increase, and width of his fists to increase by 1/2 inch, as well as his arms to increase by 8 inches.〔https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3C79hy2mU10〕

He has also been known to say, "you have to eat big to get big" although critics have yet to decipher this.
